Do your juicers come with warranty?
Yes, we offer 1 year warranty on our juicers. Warranty takes effect after the 30-day return period up until 365 days from the time of your purchase. After 30 days we no longer issue refunds but instead send you a replacement after we have received your defective unit. A 3-year extended warranty can be purchased at the time that you buy your juicer. If you select this option, your 3 year warranty will take effect after the 30-day return period up until 1,095 days from the time of your purchase. Only 1 warranty claim is allowed within this time frame.
An email must be sent to us at support@guirla.com that provides details about the defective product, as well as any supporting images you may have. We will then send you an email confirmation with the shipping label to ship the product back to us at:

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled, followed by 3 - 5 business days shipping times. Tracking numbers will be updated 1 - 3 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at support@guirla.com.

Can I return my product, it's defective?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days from the date of delivery, to send the originally purchased product(s) back to us for a full refund. An email must be sent to us at support@guirla that provides details about the defective product, as well as any supporting images you may have. We will then send you an email confirmation with the shipping label to ship the product back to us at:

Once we have received your product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase, plus shipping, within 7 - 10 business days, towards the form of payment that was originally used to make your purchase. Please be sure to include your name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package has already shipped, you must wait for it to arrive and return it back to us at the address listed above before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty. You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item has already shipped, please use our easy return system to get a full refund upon receipt of your product.
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have mis-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, please kindly notify us via email at support@guirla.com ASAP. If the submitted address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a refund after the 24 hours from incorrect submission.
