Once an order has been received by Guirla, the customer will receive an email marked as 'Order # Confirmed", at which point the order will be processed within 1 - 3 business days from the date the order was made.

Once the order has been processed it will be shipped, at which point it will take 3 - 7 business days for the product to reach its intended recipient, at the address provided by the customer.

Once a shipping label has been created with the delivery carrier and a tracking number has been generated, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number, marked as 'A shipment from order # is on the way.' 

Once an order has been processed it will be shipped from our warehouse and marked as fulfilled, at which point Guirla is no longer responsible for the transit of the product. Any claims for undelivered or missing orders will need to be made with the Shipping Carrier. Guirla does not hold any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. To help you track your package, you can use the 'Shop App', the 'Track Your Order' link located at the footer of the Guirla.com website, and/or the Carrier's website.

All orders shipped to the United States have free shipping. All other destinations' shipping are calculated at check out based on destination and product weight.
