3 - Year Extended Warranty

* Available for purchase only at the time of purchase of all eligible juicers. *

Extended warranty begins on the 15th day from when the product was delivered to the customer, and ends after the third full year from delivery. When purchased, this option replaces the default 1 - year free warranty that comes with the product.

Warranty covers any inoperable equipment or defective parts which may cause equipment malfunction, for which we will replace the defective part(s) or equipment, as applicable.

Only 1 warranty claim is allowed during the year 3 year period. Warranty cannot be extended after the original warranty period has ended.

To file a claim, please email customer service at support@guirla.com. In the email, please include:

• A description of the issue with the product.
• Images of the defective product.
• Original receipt or confirmation of purchase.
• Your name, contact information, and return address.

Once we have received your claim, we will review your submission and send you a response within 48 hours. Your response will include the acceptance of your claim, claim number, along with the shipping label and address to return the defective product. Once we have received your unit, we will process and send you the appropriate part(s) or equipment, along with a tracking number.
